About the Band:

My Bleeding Heart is a finnish alternative rock band, formed in late 2007. Band was formed after Jakke got frustrated with his band projects and decided to record some demo songs he had been working with lately. After a while Jakke met Henkka and played his recordings to him. Common interests were found and My Bleeding Heart got it`s original shape in December 2007 with Junde playing the drums .

During the spring 2008 Jakke and Henkka kept composing new songs and recorded hours of demo material. These guys worked real hard to get songs done and the band evolving to a greater level. Thanks to supreme understanding My Bleeding Heart became one stunning performance in a short period of time. But nothing lasts forever and dissonances started to develop within the band. During the summer 2008 Junde didn`t feel like a part of the band anymore and as a result of being the outsider he left the band in July 2008.

Pono replaced Junde as the drummer of the band right after Junde had left the building. With Pono as the drummer My Bleeding Heart got the boost it had needed for a while. First gigs were played in September 2008 and the band kept rockin` only to hit the bottom once again. Due to some communicational problems and difficulties with schedules My Bleeding Heart had crashed into arguments again. As a result Pono left the band in November 2008.

In December 2008 Jani replaced Pono as the drummer and My Bleeding Heart got back on track. And as the year 2008 is slowly fading away, My Bleeding Heart is once again stronger than ever.
